Membership Process

  • Complete the application.
    • If we have openings and find you may be a good fit, we will schedule an interview.
  • Within 3 business days, you will know if you have been accepted.
  • Upon acceptance, we will complete a background check. 
    • You are responsible for paying for your background check.
  • You will be expected to pay deposit within up to 2 business days, unless consulted with Level Up staff. 
    • Please apply only if you're ready.
  • Once all fees have been paid and background check is received, we will complete the intake process 
    • Reviewing and signing of contract
    • Room/locker/key assignment
    • House tour
